Whether you’ve already scheduled your first appointment with our team or you’re still trying to get an idea of whether or not we’re the right dental office for you, we encourage you to browse the information on this page. Your First Visit
When you first reach out to us, Julie will greet you over the phone and collect your information, schedule your appointment, and if you’re a new patient, collect a $100 deposit.
When you arrive at our office, Julie will have you fill out your new patient paperwork in our cozy waiting area, and either Mary or Idalia, our dental assistants, will bring you back and take your X-rays. Dr. Pevzner will then greet you and take some time to get to know you and what brings you in before discussing any problem areas. Finally, our dental hygienist will clean your teeth and address any emergent issues, and finally, Julie will schedule your next appointment for you.
Dental Insurance
We are happy to accept your PPO dental insurance plan. We can help you better understand your benefits and will file claims with your dental insurance to make sure you receive a maximized reimbursement. Julie is our dental insurance expert, and she’s always happy to answer any questions you may have!
CareCredit Financing
In addition to accepting dental insurance, we also offer additional flexible financing through CareCredit. All you need to do to learn whether you qualify is apply online. Once you use your new CareCredit card with us, you’ll be able to choose which little-to-no-interest payment plan you want. Typically, you’re able to choose between a six, 12, 18, or 24-month plan.
Pay Online
If you have an outstanding bill, there’s no need to fuss with going to the post office and buying stamps. Simply pay online using our secure portal below and have your payment automatically posted to your account. You can also pay your balance prior to your appointment.
